Travel Tuesday! Although we're here in the cold and the snow, looking through pictures of our trip to Hawaii makes it better. For me, Hawaii was an education in taking it easy and appreciating the important things in life. When you are surrounded by such beauty every day, it is hard to get anxious about much of anything and is easy to be appreciative about most everything. What an amazing trip. We were truly truly happy there.
This was one of our favorite treats in Hawaii...we had it twice...maybe three times! These Ahi tuna toasts are super easy to make. We just made them the other night in fact.
