Warwick Farmers Market
We have been eating the most delicious produce the past few weeks. It seems everywhere you turn around here, there is a farmers market. Here are a few snaps from our trip to Warwick last weekend. If you've never had a donut peach ... seek out a farmer immediately!

Happy Weekend
This weekend we're venturing out for some hiking and trail running in Westchester. I am really looking forward to it as I hear it is very beautiful.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Here's to the dog days of summer!

ABC Kitchen
During our trip to ABC this weekend, I noticed a downstairs kitchen I hadn't noticed before. I snooped around and got a few pics of the beautiful restaurant.
Much like ABC's home store, the stated theme of the kitchen is sustainability. Most things on the menu, whenever possible, come from local suppliers. The menus are made from recycled paper and affixed to pieces of cardboard righteously re-purposed from ABC’s delivery boxes. The dun-colored place mats are compostable, and after closing time, all the leftovers are sent off to the compost heap too.
On the to do list ... go back for a meal! If anything, I was completely sold on the atmosphere. How beautiful is this?

ABC Carpet + Home
I love ABC Carpet and Home ... let me count the ways. I honestly never get tired of visiting this store. It is play land for me, every display a vision.

Clo Wine Bar
We went to the coolest wine bar last night. The table was essentially an iPad for wine. You can search by region, type of grape, or price range and expand the selections to get more info and buy a glass. Way cool.

Top of the Rock
Saturday we took a trip to the top of Rockefeller Center. Wow what a sight! The observation deck provides a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city.
Located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, it is "the" 30 Rock. Completed in 1933, it is the 9th tallest building in New York.

Fishs Eddy
We stumbled across a great store over the weekend. Fishs Eddy is full of treasures ... stacks and piles of cups, saucers and dishes, each with a past and a history.
The name of the store originated during a shopping trip in upstate New York. The owners passed an odd town with an even odder name, Fishs Eddy. They felt it would be the perfect name for their little store and borrowed it. Simple as that.
I love the look of all of these mixed and matched pieces casually stacked up. They look so effortlessly pretty.
I have been collecting marbles like these for years. Its always fun to find huge barrels of them and someone else who appreciates how great they are. Love these.
