Today was the big day! Overwhelming...hard work...and amazing. Mike and I were unwrapping boxes as fast as we possibly could trying to keep up with the movers who were bringing more and more and more boxes. We did a serious purging of possessions before we left Indy..serious purging, down to what I thought were the bare essentials. I was wrong. There was a low moment when Mike and I couldn't even see each other for the mounting paper and cardboard. We were a bit overwhelmed at the thought of trying to make it all fit, but somehow it sort of has. We are finding homes for things, organizing, and getting rid of what we don't think we will need or use. It was an exhausting, but incredibly memorable day. Crawling in to our own bed never ever ever felt so good.
