Last year we shared Christmas Brunch at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. It is hard to come by a brunch more memorable than Christmas Brunch at The Breakers. Crab legs, steak, caviar, shrimp, roast beef, any cheese you can think of, any omelet item you can think of, and enough mimosa to make your head spin. Pasta bar, oatmeal bar, bread bar, Belgian waffles, did you see where that lady got the smoked salmon? Yeah, did you see the sourdough shaped like Santa?Most impressive was the desert table. The head pastry chef greeted you at the table, a proud parent of the most beautiful confections you've ever seen. A full staff worked around the clock for a week to create the detailed holiday themed treats. The attention to detail and color and theme to each individual desert was amazing...not to mention the sheer volume of choices.
The Hotel is beautifully dressed for the holiday with lush garland, wreaths, and giant Christmas trees at every turn.
